Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By purchasing or downloading any product from VoidPlugins, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our products.

2. License

All plugins sold on VoidPlugins are licensed per purchase. Your license grants you the right to use the plugin on your own Minecraft server(s). You may not redistribute, resell, leak, or share the plugin files with others.

3. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds may be granted at our discretion in cases where the plugin does not function as described. Contact us via Discord within 48 hours of purchase.

4. Support

Support is provided exclusively through our Discord server. To receive support, you must be able to verify your purchase via your license key on your account page. We do not guarantee support response times.

5. Updates & Long-term Support

We are committed to keeping our plugins maintained and up to date for as long as we are actively developing them. Your license includes free updates for the lifetime of the product.

That said, there are two situations where support or updates for a specific version may come to an end:

• When a Minecraft version reaches end-of-life and is no longer widely used, we may discontinue active support for that version to focus our efforts on current releases.
• In the unlikely event that a product is sunset entirely, we will provide reasonable advance notice to existing license holders.

In either case, any version of the plugin you already have access to remains yours to keep and use.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use our plugins for any illegal purpose, or in a way that violates Mojang's Terms of Service. We reserve the right to revoke licenses at any time if these terms are violated.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
